What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license to qualify for a rental.
Can I take the car out of state?
Our rentals are intended for local use only. Vehicles must remain within a 60-mile radius of the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. This ensures we can provide timely support and service when needed.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable $300 security deposit is required at the time of rental. This helps cover potential damage or contract violations and is returned upon vehicle return and inspection.
Do you offer vehicle delivery?
Yes, we do. For your convenience, we offer delivery within a 10-mile radius of Covington and Downtown Cincinnati. A flat $25 delivery fee applies.
Is insurance required to rent a vehicle?
Insurance is only required if you’re renting one of our premium vehicles. For all other vehicles, insurance is included in your rental package.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as CashApp and Apple Pay. Payments must be made in full before vehicle pickup or delivery.
